Moved to a larger team and my new boss keeps cutting off my suggestions at the knees in front of people and it's super embarrassing and demoralizing. She's used to supervising more junior staff and I'm not used to having this layer of oversight because I used to report directly to the partner. Ex- I suggest a strategy. Feel like I’m creating a self fulfilling divorce prophecy. 12 years married, 2 young kids. I’ve always been something of a closed off person and my husband is getting more and more unhappy about it. Is ur partner’s sense of cleanliness and tidiness a deal breaker? My partner maintains his hygiene but everything else around him is in a state of messiness - he would finish a beer and leave it on the desk. Our home office is full of cans, food container, random trash that my partner does not put away.
