Am I the only one who doesn't know @OP means?!?! What does it stand for?

Hello Everyone. I am an EMT-Basic finishing up Advanced/Cardiac studies pending June 2022. I currently work at Grifols/BioMat as a center medical specialist. I want to climb up to be MOS (medical operations supervisor) but they say only paramedics and LPN’s get that position. With a brief background in EMS, I’m not sure what avenue to take next. I LOVE working in plasmapharesis and I want to climb up for this company.

Help... I often wake up at 3am wide awake, can’t fall back asleep til 5 or 6am, fall dead asleep and can’t wake up on time, and am then exhausted all day. Anyone else? How to fix?

How often should you be interviewing for other roles even if you like your job? I somewhat enjoy my job right now but I don’t plan on staying for more than 3-5 years.

Hello! I recently got my first UX position. While I will eventually be able to do some research, I was hoping to eventually move to a team that is fully focused on User Research. I’ve been told that I should really get a Master’s (my company will reimburse me). I was wondering if there are any respectable online Universities that are relatively easy to get into, or if I should be looking outside my company in a year or so.

Hello I am an RN in Mississippi looking to move to Florida. I just left my clinical supervisor position of 14 years in home health and am finishing up my BSN. I am considering transitioning to a work from home type of position but have also been looking into continuing home health. I would love to hear from someone who does home health in Florida preferably north/central Jacksonville area or east cost. Your opinion on good companies or areas to work?
