Am I the only one who feels like I’m withering away? I don’t even live for the weekends anymore. Just going through the motions.

I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it, I’m so mentally burnt out at the end of the day from a high stress HR job, the last thing I feel like doing is studying HR!

Just finished up a PM interview process that consisted of 5 interviews (45 min each). Thought each went very well! Got an email from the internal recruiter stating the panel met and would like me to have one more 30 min interview with the Engineering director (not one of my original interviews). Is this a good sign or bad? I asked the recruiter for ares to focus my prep on but she didn’t address that in her response. So don’t know what I’m walking into.

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

What do y’all think of the automotive industry? Is it a good industry to exit to? Have an offer in for internal strategy house of a big European player
