Some of them I made it through the whole interview process, received positive feedback, and yet don't get the job offer.

Found out (thanks nyc transparency laws) that someone with less than a year of experience was making at least my base salary (I just hit my 4 year mark). If I don’t get promoted with a significant salary bump I’m leaving to another competitor.

Received services from a healthcare provider that I believe are reasonably classified as routine, preventive care. However, the provider charged for the services as a problem-oriented office visit. Because of the procedure code used, our health plan does not cover the costs of the visit.

Anyone have success contesting the procedure code used in medical billing, and willing to share tips?
