Am invested in about 40 different stocks in Robinhood, which I’ve accumulated over the last 3 years. I’m mostly a buy and hold type person, and it’s worked really well in this market. However, I’m worried that in the future this will be too many stocks to keep track of, as I’m more of a passive investor & don’t check my portfolio often.
Any advice on if this is too many individual stocks for someone like me vs. sticking to 10-15 to hold long term?

Would appreciate thoughts on exit options depending on practice group (NYC) - PE or EC/VC? Or are those apples and oranges?

How much advance notice should you give to ask for 10 consecutive days of PTO?

I’m working with TCS for about 1.6 years and upgraded to TCS Digital last year. Now after my first annual appraisal was completed, I am wondering how will it be related to the performance band?

Since a C band would result in stoppage of the elevated compensation component. I have heard people talk that someone can get a C band even if they have a >4.5 appraisal rating.

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I have around 40k in savings. Plan to set aside 15k for emergency (covers ~8 months of normal expenses) and invest 25k.

Any thoughts on the split? Is it reasonable?

Suggestions for Personal Finance books?
