Am working in OTC for 4 years, if I learn tableau and SQL can I jump into Finance analysis? Or else which is the best short term certification is best to get into FP&A

If I was bad at audit and didn’t enjoy the work at all but love industry due to the technical accounting aspect would I enjoy accounting advisory? Been at my company for almost a year now and the tasks are mind numbing and repetitive and I do not feel like I’m learning anything. I love the people and the culture of the company but am worried about career advancement. I do not handle stress that well and value work-life balance, but feel as if I have too much currently.

I think it is time for me to find a new career, however, I don’t want less pay for my services.

I’m looking to transition to a new role with more responsibilities and higher pay of course. I’ve been having a lot of trouble recently, and frankly it’s made me feel very down. Why do some tech companies/product orgs have such an aversion to hiring dedicated UX/Product Researchers? A few obvious key differences I can think off.
1. Startup offering better compensation approx 10-20 % higher
2. Startup will have better learning opportunities
3. Big4 would have better WLB
4. Big4 would have better job security
