I am an aspiring entrepreneur and want to start a business in future for sure. I have a few ideas but nothing concrete, or close to being a start up yet. I work in tech, but a generalist - have done sales, delivery operations etc. trying to get experience in as many areas as possible before I go on my own. I dnt know where to start the journey. Does anyone here have trouble getting out of bed in the morning? I feel like I can’t motivate myself to wake up and then get out of bed every single day. Once I’m out of bed and working, I can get motivated and work through the day. I tend to have very productive 3 PM - 12 AM. I just wish that I could get myself to pull that back six hours.
Asking for a friend (really). I don’t know what advice to give her. She started a job that pays great and is 100% remote. The work is meh, and her boss turned out to be horrible. She asked all the tough questions in her interviews because she didn’t want to work for another bad boss.
Now she’s afraid to leave because 1. How can you figure out the temperament of you boss if everyone likely lies? 2. Can she leave after only a couple months without it looking like she’s flakey?

Hi everyone! I’m an EA for a Property Management company, I wanted to get your opinion on a situation. We have an office manager, who is in charge of greeting clients and anybody who walks through the doors, returning of keys, etc., our office manager wants to work a hybrid schedule and we are not opposed to it as long as we can ensure client satisfaction and that the office is orderly. Has anybody been able to make this work?

Anyone won the battle when being told you have to return to office but you want to stay remote? Not particularly interested in compromising considering I’ve been remote my entire tenure here, but they’re really trying to force it on us. All tips welcome.
