I have joined PwC AC in Advisory practice in Dec (Around 45days back) . I've not got the project yet and still on bench. I connected with deployer and Coach 2-3 times, they said they are in process of allocating. What should I do now? Is it something to worry about?

Hi I am in process of getting offer from Netherlands and Germany for Devops Engineer. The salary quoted by NL is €65k (amsterdam) and Germany is €70k(munich).

Currently I have 30L package in India having 11 years of experience.

Is it worth to go? Which one to go?

So I am at my first job after college. They lied about a lot of things. It is not diverse, it is not inclusive. I'm a solid software engineer; I get the job done, I'm reliable, I work hard, i can accomplish almost any technical task with enough time, I'm supposed to be smart; I went to MIT.

But I am in awe of those 10x programmer types, because -- as the name would imply-- they finish everything 10x faster than me. I don't understand how they do it, and I am super envious. I want to be like these guys. But how? Is it even learnable or is it all just God-given talent? How can I become like them?

I'm a recent hire and have extreme anxiety about doing my current job. I'm wondering what my options are. I'm currently seeing a psychiatrist as a follow-up to a brief in patient stay I had before starting this job. However I haven't mentioned anxiety or job problems to her. If I go on leave, what kind of documentation or therapy is required? How long would I stay out? What would I tell my boss and teammates?

I graduated last year and was promised a full time salary of 60k (marketing). However, my start date was exactly when Covid hit hard and everyone froze their hiring process and took salary cuts, so my company cut my TC in half. I was loyal to my company and it didn’t hit hard until now. They’re starting to hire many more people in a diff department which makes me think they have the budget now.
