It's the first ever FT job offer I got and that's a big reason I accepted it: as a recent college grad, I wanted to finally get my foot in the door & get professional experience. The hiring manager also touted "consulting and strategic thought partner experience".

I’m a first time middle manager. So my focus is (highest to lowest priority) 1) delegation & coaching; 2) internal processes & ops (team enablement); 3) code review/feedback; and 4) ad hoc partnerships/support for my team and other teams.

As an IC, I had a lot of peers, stakeholders and projects where I worked in depth, but now, my scope is broader and I worry that it’s harder to get quality 360 feedback and it’ll hurt my reviews. Any suggestions ppl have?
