Amazon - Hi all! I have an application in for a Senior Account Manager-Strategic Account Services role, and it’s been showing “under consideration” for about 2 weeks now. Is that a good or bad sign? I have yet to be contacted by anyone regarding next steps or anything.

Help, I made a mistake! A recruiter emailed me and I agreed to a phone interview. I did little research on the company and none on the salary… (I know my mistake) One of the first questions I was asked was about compensation to which I answered 45k-50k. (to quote the recruiter this is a “upper level entry level job”) the recruiter told me the base is $45,500. I got home, did research, and found the company paying the same position 55k on Glassdoor. Is it too late to ask for money?

hi, looking at joining a t2 as an experienced consultant. the recruiter mentioned the job was part of this specific practice being built out in reaction to a recently won 5 year project. if i am hired into this team, would i be expected to be linked to this project for the entire 5 years? my concern is that the position ends up being contract-like with no exposure to other projects and teams and that my fate would be too closely linked with this project.

My in person onboarding was on 10th October. I went for the same and attended the sessions as well. I didn't have my relieving letter so they postponed my onboarding to 17th October. I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Help me with a situation. I am in ad sales now with $140K OTE, but my ultimate goal is to be in enterprise software sales. My plan was to take the next level up of my current role, with a $220K OTE, to get the large enterprise experience vs the small enterprise types I work with now.

My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota.
