Any tax seniors successfully transition to Advisory? Did you keep your senior title? Any helpful tips to share since it’s typically hard to transition from tax to almost any other group?

I have a video interview this afternoon for a role I applied to even though I didn’t think I was quite qualified for yet. I applied because it does align with everything I know besides bookkeeping. I figure they must be interested to request a video interview. Any tips on how I should go about selling myself and making myself stand out even though I am not experienced in the bookkeeping part of this job?

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

Anyone work for the DOL and can provide any insights in the nature of the work, the work environment, etc?
