Did my second time virginal ultrasound today and doctor diagnosed me as blighted ovum with only an empty gestational sac. The lack of skills fundamental to life is absolutely astounding. I think we now have 3 people who will do anything to avoid reading or taking notes. To call in a supervisor to ask what they should do because they don’t have any intention of reading the document to be able to route it to the appropriate person. Then to avoid reading, they call the patient to ask if they know what the document is for.
