Yepp. Welcome to losing points for not expensing on time
I lost 40k points once
I just called Amex for same reason. Guy said they make a 1-time exception for corporate cards (because employers often mess up) and give 1 month's points while waiving fee
call Amex. They are pretty good in putting the points in advance. I saved my 6000+ points by doing that. Good luck !
I think you'll be fine. I sometimes submit my expenses one or two days late and haven't gotten points taken away except for the time I mentioned.
The real due date is before your next billing date, ~10th of the next month for me
Yes
Yup
You can pay $35 to get those points back
I think there's usually a grace period. The only time I lost points was when I went overseas and couldn't mail an envelope in a 3-week period.
I submitted all my expenses on time, but the last 2 week's expenses will get posted on Amex by Deloitte after the due date
U get points for Deloitte Amex towards something?? May sound like a dumb q but plz advize
need to sign up for rewards program $95/yr
How do I do that? Thanks for the info
log into your account from the website and click "rewards" - you pay OOP but the rewards are worth it
I would first see if your points go through... If not you should see if it's worth using your 1 time exception. My points went through immefiateky
