Downtime during Project Lifecycles.

We all know that when projects are planned and resourced properly/efficiently, the team knows exactly what they’re doing and the clients don’t scope creep, there will be periods of downtime for PMs. This is usually a good thing because that means a project is moving smoothly.

Also a bad thing because most of us PMs can’t sit still because we’re doers by nature. During these periods, how do you typically fill up your day to keep busy?

She said the first round was one 45 minute case then a 45 minute behavioral and then the second round is four 45 minute case interviews and one 45 minute behavioral. Is this true? Seems like a lot. I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF.
