Hi Fishes, working in TCS, Help me choose below option.
TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.
Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B to extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

How is WLB in icertis ?

I was promised 6 months. Has become 2 years. Probably gonna extend even further. No guarantees.
Was with PwC, after 10 months quit to Amazon and they started my PERM in first 2 weeks
😉
4 with masters degree, 5 without
2 years with the firm and SC level or above I believe.
Who should we talk to to initiate the process?
Criteria for EY:
2 years or more with firm
Senior or above
HR can always push back saying you still have time left on your H1b. I started my process on my senior 1 year and when I had 4 years left on h1b. HR pushed back heavily but thankfully I had partners and practice leader backing me up. My suggestion is go directly to your partner and practice leader and have them vouch for you. If you go straight to HR you’re gonna get shot down immediately. If it wasn’t for them I definitely wouldn’t had been able to start the process and they really had to kinda go to fight with HR and tell them they did not care about their rationale and why not to start process now (they wanted to wait until I’m a manager).
Long story short HR sucks in all companies and you’re gonna need allies up top to get things done (since we are foreign and not like we come to business having connections up top, hard work really is the only thing we can do to make these relationships).
Was with PwC advisory, think the policy is whenever you’re ready to be promoted to manager. That just means partner’s green light to me. Took me 3.5 years when they started the process.
Been 3 years.. everytime something comes up! The process still hasn’t started
Can confirm for PwC the exact criteria
1.Senior and above
2.1 or more ywars with firm
3. Rating of 3 or better
PwC: after 2nd year mark. Aaaand it’s painfully slow
KPMG: 12 months policy requirement to file PERM. Its been more than 4 years already but no response yet. No more BS, planning on leaving.
They initiated mine after 5 (when my second h1b was nearing expiration)
