Amongst the BIG4, after how many years on H1B does the firm initiate PERM?

My firm applied for my I-140 in premium processing. It has been more than 15 calendar days. (17 to be exact) I have reached out to my immigration team. Are there reasons for such delays?

My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? Biggest disservice the military (USMC in particular is bad for this, I think) has done for me is give me what I would almost describe as a “fear” of managers, senior managers, PPMDs etc. I know it’s irrational, no manager is gonna act like a salty Ssgt, but I always feel like I’m walking on thin ice.

I am a M2 at B4 FDD and don’t know how long i’ll be genuinely interested in this work. Currently debating rotating into a B4 IB associate role for a year or two, then moving to PE. Is this a reasonable move? I know IB lifestyle will suck, but I don’t want to find myself in a spot where I dislike what I do in a few years and feel like moving to IB may increase my chances of landing a better gig in the future ( as opposed to sticking to FDD)

Big 4 managers, is your PW at Level 3 or Level 4? EY’s requirement for manger is 4-5 years of experience, and when I was looking at the PWD, it seems that for a typical job title, this requires Level 4 wage.

For people who transfer to the US, what was your relocation package (moving assistance etc) and your level at the time of transfer?

If I have a valid H1B stamp and am carrying my I-797 with me, do I need any other documents to enter the US back from India?

How does H1B unused time recapture work after leaving the USA?

I am on h1b with an approved i140. Been on h1b for more than 10 years. In this last h1 renewal I have about 1.5 years left.

If I leave for India now, can my employer H1 cap exempt petition to recapture the unused time? Does it have to happen within 6 years of leaving the USA?

Have not been diligent in filing H1 work location amendments? Implications?

Can I switch employers if I just applied for extension of my h1b with my current employer? Would I have to cancel the extension request first?

Anyone know how long USCIS takes to response in i140 case, regular filing? I got receipt number in Sep 2018, havent heard anything yet.

Shouldn't it be logical for Deloitte to just have all approved petitions stamped to have a visa ready workforce?

He works for Pwc and had year end discussion in which he is told that they are planning to put him under Performance improvement program post 4th July. His i40 was approved last month, I have 2 questions.
1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?
2) given his scenario, should he just move on to new employer or will he risk or loosing his i40 in this case?
