I am gold at SPG and have been going for platinum.. recently I had to stay in Marriott as my team is staying there. My accounts are linked and if I sum my nights-I am platinum.. but the system shows..

Anybody have insight as to whether the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel or the Sir Albert Hotel in Amsterdam is in a better location? Seems like a very walkable city so not sure if it matters. Let me know of any restaurant recs too! TIA!

Amex platinum with 150k welcome vs Hilton aspire with 200k welcome? Plat is 695+175 and aspire is 450+0 for second card. The fine hotels and resorts is sort of a difference for the platinum. Is it worth it?

Last year, My girlfriend was making 80k while I was making 200k so I took her out to dinners and took care of the groceries etc. Basically made sure it’s an equitable relationship. She got a new job this year and is now making 210k (more than me) but still expects me to pay for all the dinners and groceries. I’ve already talked to her about this but just resulted in argument. Is there any coming back from this situation to make this equitable relationship or is break up the only option here?
