I have an offer for a remote industry accountant position. I’m an S1 and promotions aren’t announced until mid July. Debating on jumping ship. Offer is $85K, $5k sign on bonus, and a equity grant converted to Restricted Stock Units vested over a four year period. Currently compensated in the high 70s rn. Any advice?

I have about 5years of work ex. Although i didn't start in product domain, I later on switched to it.
I have a standing offer of ~23LPA- all fix (jump from 17.3). This is an absolute WFH role. I think i low balled myself by at least 20%.

That been said, I have couple of more prospects lined up, which are about to make me an offer. These roles are based out of Bangalore.

Given that I already have an offer of 23lpa. How much should I ask for from the next company?

I have joined Capgemini in April 2021 and completed my 1 year at Capgemini as a fresher . My package is 3lpa and in the offer letter i was told that my package will be 4lpa effective from 1st July 2022. But the point of concern is that I am still in the bench period. Got an offer today...

Applied for a mechanical engineering position. Salary range was 65-75k a year. When asked about salary during the first interview, I replied 70k is my number. Later I found out that since it's a small company no health benefits would be provided, but 10 PTO days are included. Had I known about the lack of health benefits and 401k match I would have increased my bottom.

The offer today was for 70k but now I'm not sure if I should try to negotiate for another 2-3k?

May only be in this new ASC role for ~1y (personal circumstances). This would make 3 roles in ~3.5 years ( T2 consulting -> MBB -> buyside) out of undergrad. Long-term want to be entrepreneurial / do early-stage investing (Partner-track at a fund), have clear rationale for previous and future moves.

Company A giving me Wfh + 20 LPA(15% variable) Company B was giving 18.75( All fixed) hybrid model.

Reason for rejecting Company B was Company A giving me more package and wfh , but now I heard that company A may ask to come to office.

So now I am more inclined towards company B. So how to ask HR again for the offer after rejecting and also how can I still ask them to give wfh for a year atleast due to personal medical reasons
