"TCS has announced bands for all its associates as of 6th May ( associates above C3B will get it a week later), but hasn't announced any performance bands for associates servicing notice period.
They have simply done this to cut costs, and not pay them their hike, for whatever period they're gonna stay in TCS."
Tata Consultancy Fishes, what can we actually do to get this resolved and get the well deserved compensation? Can we approach legally or at the least internal escalation?

Need some advice. Started a few months ago a new job through internal transfer as a lead role in a bank for $350TC. Amazon Web Services keeps messaging me daily for a Principal role and I’m not really in the job market but I think I’ll go through the interview process. I was thinking of demanding the following but I’m not sure how realistic for a remote principle role this is
Base: $240k
Cash Bonus: $110k
Signing Bonus: $150k
RSU: 9,100 shares ($1m PV) in (50/20/15/15)
Does this seem possible?
Some employers don't negotiate offers as a way of promoting pay equity among employees. It mitigates problems for some employees that are less assertive in negotiations (it tends to impact women more). It'll depend on the role too. If the role is hard to fill or very senior, you'll have more flexibility. If it's a junior role, I'd just take it.
It doesn't matter what they claim. If you don't like the offer, negotiate.
