Amazon 1&2, is it worth it?

I am in the finance department so I see a lot of these things happening through my experiences within the company but I don’t actively have to live through them. For me, it’s worth it because of the opportunities I have had and skills I have gained.

Working at Amazon is so team and org dependent. If you find a good fit, it can be great. If not, it’s terrible. It’s hard to know what that will be until you are there.

Love these exposes...

Morgan Stanley - Manager- 19.08L fixed + 2.5L relocation
2. JPMorgan Chase - Associate - 21.5L fixed
I have heard JPMC gives great yearly bonuses but I am inclined towards morgan stanley due to the position.
Should I counter Morgan Stanley or Should I just accept JPMC

Hello fishes
I want to come to Amdocs from EPAM with few months of experience, currently SDE2. I do have some questions, though.
1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.
2. This company is, in my opinion, one of the best for growth and high-quality projects. Can someone vouch to this?
3. I would appreciate it if you could recommend SDE2, SDE3, or both.
4. What should a reasonable CTC expectation be?
I am eager for your help and support. 🥰
