How soon after a final interview with a DM is ok to call and follow up on a job potential?

I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? I really want to work for this CEO & don’t want to talk myself out of the EA job

Biglaw parents with infants who use formula, I’m not sure how you are keeping it all together. I had a free weekend and my friends didn’t, so I (foolishly) offered to look for their formula since they’re running super low. I went to 20 stores (5+ hours and probably 100 miles of driving) before I found the formula they need for their kid (needs a special type of formula for health reasons).

I have an opportunity to take a Senior role at a firm just smaller than Big 4 from a regional firm. This will be my 3rd job change in 6 years. So changing firms roughly every 2 years. The thing is… I am consistently getting huge pay increases. First change I went up 17%, the second was 30% if you just look at base or 16% if you include annual bonus. I am yet again looking at a 12% increase. But fear staying a Senior forever if this keeps up, what are thoughts on job hopping like this?

Can anyone who has had a laparoscopic myomectomy share any insight on what the healing process is like? Would anyone of you kindly share your IVF protocols for low ovarian reserve diagnosis? I’ve had the following protocols. The first cycle went ok but not really responding to medications anymore. Cycle 1 - Gonal F 450, HCG, a Ganirelix, trigger shot Lupron and HCG. Cycle 2 - micro Lupron dosage, gonal F 450, and HCG. Tigger HCG ended up in IUI conversion. Third cycle went back to first cycle protocol doesn’t seem to be working well. AMH .3

TTC for ~8 months, 1 MC at 6 weeks in Sept 2021. Since then my period cycles have been super long like 50-60 days (or I'm skipping a period?) and I'm currently on day 34 of my cycle. Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.

Has anyone tried Mucinex D prior to ovulation? I’ve seen a lot of social media posts about it and thinking about trying it. Apparently it thins your cervical mucus to assist with the swimmers getting to the egg. Has anyone hear tried it? Thoughts?
