You're an idiot. I've seen juniors to senior MDs wearing them just because for you it doesn't work doesn't mean others shouldn't do it. Get over yourself and focus on doing good work instead of people trying to take care of their back or be comfortable instead of look a certain way
People of all ages and ranks wear backpacks to the office... I don't personally but that portion of your comment is garbage
As long as my commute involves time on trains where the greatest amount of theft in the country happens, I'll carry on wearing my lockable backpack and not giving a shit about what irks you about fashion. Cheers.
Yooooo wait till the great fishbowl hack of 2017 when it comes out that analysts have been calling their own MDs idiots 😂
I'm pro-backpack because work laptops are absurdly heavy and it's better for your back.
Wow! I didn't know there were people like you in JPM. Make yourself more aware of the culture in JPM. Please!
They do make absurdly expensive "designer" backpacks with a cool label on them so that you can feel more secure about your fashion choices. You might look into them.
@jpm2 really? I left jpm because there were way too many people like that...
@jpm3 I know someone who made the switch from BC to JPM and actually said analysts there work 1/2 as hard and aren't as good because of how much they worry about their analysts so they have huge classes.
Obviously doesn't hold true for everyone and I'm sure the best at JP get some amazing exposure but that is likely not the base case

@Barclays3 You left JPM bc you couldn't cut it.
