When it comes to the digitization of healthcare, how important is it to have tech exp vs. healthcare exp? I understand it’s ideal to have both, but healthcare seems so far behind other industries. Is it better to go into tech for a few years and then go back to healthcare and try to become a change agent?

Pros and cons of paying off mortgage of rental property earlier? We have $149K on it and ~370K on primary residence. We have no other debt, and HHI is $300K. If we have another kid, we’ll estimate needing to purchase a bigger home for ~$850K. We have the liquidity now to pay off the mortgage of rental property but am afraid we’ll need that liquidity for down payment in a year. We have a buffer, but not enough to do both in 1-2 years. Thoughts?

Having been a modeling DS, I can't imagine why I'd outsource exploratory analysis. Anyone seen a team like this before?

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?
