Semi-recent lateral is super toxic- has forced out two long time support staff, aggressively takes credit for others’ work, and is always finding ways to throw people under the bus. How do younger and mid levels protect themselves without getting burned? Should someone express concerns to partners, or is it just a glaring red flag that the firm has kept someone like that around? I have over 10 years experience in design/marketing.
