Ankura is buying Navigant's Disputes and Investigations practice. Thoughts on this acquisition, particularly from either of those firms?

Ankura is private and Navigant is public. Ankura became global overnight with the buy and obtained 800-900 employees and about $350-400 million annual revenue taking DLFT and TAS. It will be interesting to see if the big clients stick with the Navigant MDs following the buy out or shop for a new provider. There’s at least one giant bank and one giant communications company using Navigant for at least 80% of their work.

Who knows 🤷‍♂️ I think Ankura is, Iv heard navigants ediscovery business was struggling quite a bit but that’s about par for that space

Interesting move. I interviewed with Ankura last year and the problem they were having is getting work but no one to do it - their MD to consultant ratio was about 5:1

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
