Look for a pregnancy friendly resort.
For example, we went to a couples only resort in the Poconos that we enjoy for our anniversary in August. Some of the activities are cheesy AF and it’s not like a hyper-classy 5 star resort but we went to an all inclusive in Riviera Maya right before IVF so we got the complete luxury out of our system. We’ve been 3 times and plan to go a 4th when the boys are old enough to stay with their grandmas overnight and my wife recovers from her C-section and everything so obviously we enjoy it.
It was different than our prior trips obviously because my wife was in the beginning of the third trimester, but it was still very intimate and our room rocked. Dinner and breakfast were included too and there was an onsite cafe for lunch. We did use the main outside pool but our room had its own private pool on the bottom level which was very convenient for her to just soak and float. It was a 3 tiered room with a spiral staircase and see-through floor from the top overlooking the pool and a balcony overlooking a lake. The stairs weren’t too much for my wife either fortunately.
I’d say something close, comfortable, and low key with decent food options is best for a pregnancy-friendly trip.

Cove Pocono Resorts - Pocono Palace. We’ve been to 2 out of 3 locations but Pocono Palace is our favorite. Here’s a link to the Fantasy Apple Suite I described: https://www.covepoconoresorts.com/suites/pocono-palace-suites/fantasy-apple-suite/
It’s very low key but the room is really the highlight. You can YouTube it too to see. It’s our favorite relatively affordable getaway. The outside of the suites are unimpressive but the grounds are nice, food is pretty good, and activities are various and lighthearted fun.
