When I started my application with McKinsey, I was working with D & was on notice period. The application process took about 3.5 months (I know thats too long, scheduling-rescheduling by HR).

For the past 2 months, I am unemployed (finished NP). Have had 3-4 rounds with McK & no 1 asked anything with regards to my current employment status with D.
