Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Globant India Pvt. Ltd. Hi Globers ! I have an offer from Globant for the role of a BA. While discussing the role with HR pre and post the interviews & offer, I had specifically ask the HR to tag me to Ahmedabad location as that's my hometown and I do not wish to relocate. But she has rolled out the offer for Pune location ane verbally ( isn't giving me in writing ) assured me that the location will be flexible. May I know from the fellow Globers if we have location flexibility or WFH option available? Globant India Pv

Roughly a month for every in house job I’ve had.
Pro
My company moved terribly slow, but it seems most do. About 3 months total. From last interview to written offer it was 2.5 weeks (with a bit of back and forth negotiating during that time).
First job they took 10 months. This last one they gave me an offer in 3 weeks. Depends on company process/red tape but if they are afraid they’ll lose you to another company they can really speed things up in my experience
From resume submission to acceptance of offer was almost months, and start date was another 2+ months because we agreed to delay so I could collect my partner distribution before I left my firm. And I was the preferred candidate the entire time (I was asked by my now boss to consider the job). I do think some of the foot dragging was intentional to allow my distribution issue to resolve itself, but I think it might have taken 2-3 months at a minimum without that even with us each of knowing the mutual interest.
*Almost 4 months
(Sorry!)
Mine took 4 days after my final interview. Guess they were just fast
This would depend on the company. Mine took a little less than a month from when I applied till I got the offer.
1. Application to recruiter screener: 3 weeks
2. Screener to final interview: 4 weeks
3. Final interview to verbal offer: 4 days
4. Verbal + negotiation to written offer: 11 days
