I’m getting anxiety from work. I’m replacing a senior manager, I have 3 YOE. 2 weeks onboarding but I still don’t feel ready. Working 50 hours a week at least and client is demanding. Tomorrow is the first day leading with client and they’re all senior managers and up. I took on the project since I was on bench for 3 weeks and got paranoid. I want to roll off but this is a diamond client and the firm is careful about every resource. If I roll off I’m scared I’ll be laid off. I’m so stressed.

MBAs - EMBA, FEMBA or Online? I’m apply this year for all the above at a few top 20 MBA schools. Obv the online MBA is the most cost effective and probably easiest way, and it suits my current situation better with where I am not only in my career but where i am with my life. Cost difference between online and emba will be $50k in a 22-24mo program. Worth saving the $50k? Or just go all the way with an emba?
