GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) Gartner Hi! I'm currently working as an Account Manager in SMB at Gartner. Received an offer to work at GLG EMEA's enterprise financial institutions segment, also as an Account Manager.
Does anyone have any feedback about GLG? Any advice? I do like Gartner but they're offering me a better pay and to work in a much more interesting segment at GLG.

I was listening to a podcast on this the other day. They cited a statistics about how x% (I believe they said 30-40% but don’t quote me haha) of people are actually on the fence about it and are willing to have kids if they find a partner who really wants them. I’m guessing that’s when they change their minds, to your question.
I always liked kids but did not want them myself. Got married and still did not want them. Partner did, since day one, but we basically avoided the topic for about 6.5 years. I was not pressured and partner wanted to be with me. 2019 came and I woke up on New Years’ day feeling an extreme amount of love that I could not explain. That was when I decided to give this child thing a shot. Now I have a 15 months old. But it is it for me. I am very content.
