Propranolol is a miracle drug and what I'd call the consulting industry's steroids. Helps with performance anxiety and stage fright. Perfect thing to manage the pressure with presenting in front of people.

I used to take some natural supplements for anxiety... Tryptophan, GABA, tyrosine. They def help for more mild issues. Now I take Prozac and finally feel back to normal
