Any Accenture folks here? What’s the word on travel? Any chance I can stay remote/10-15% max if I join the firm?

I'm a new, working and commuting mama ISO your opinion. Would you rather: commute 3-4 hours a day x 3 days/week but get to wfh 2x/week OR take a job 25 mins away but is less likely to allow wfh?

What’s the best way to ask if a job can be remote or at the very least hybrid? I live outside of a pretty major city, but I don’t want to have to commute every day. My current agency allows me to work remote, and I love the flexibility. But, I feel like it’s time to look elsewhere.
