Anyone have a rec for a ubs wealth manager?
What do you normally gift your EA for holidays?
Any consultancy will tell you it depends on the client. Nobody would commit to any certain travel level.
Of course you can - you'll have targets to meet and hands to shake if you can do so with calls instead of walking halls who cares whether you travel or don't. You're an MD you are measured on outcomes not your willingness or unwillingness to travel.
I find the question a bit odd (sorry OP if I misunderstood your intent).
I don't know how it is for MDs of other firms but as "accenture leadership" you are measured on how much you're able to grow the business, the brand influence and our people. Your travel % is a fairly tactical, logistical detail that you control. What's important is you do what your supposed to - whether you do that by being in person, or online or in the metaverse is irrelevant.
Will 100% depend on your clients and projects. There isn't a great way to tell ahead of time.
I’d ask about local clients in your portfolio. May not keep you virtual but you won’t be getting on a plane.
You are in the wrong profession
