Looking for thoughts on base comp ranges for the following: - 12 YOE (mostly in industry) - ETL, analytics, and BI heavy experience (SQL) - Technical background but a lot of business/ops team interaction as well - Leaving B4 consulting to go back to industry - Prefer Senior IC role, but overseeing 1 - 3 jr analysts ok - Live in a LCOL state - 5+ years remote working experience - fintech, martech exp - some python/r
