How is your relationship with resident physicians?

I’m so grateful for my late term diagnosis 18 months ago and my medication because i function like a human now. But it also makes me feel a bit sad that my brain is “broken” and even needs medication.

People that are not neuro-divergent are really just waking up everyday and living their lives with this level of clarity and stamina by breathing air.

Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).

I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. Advice requested: going through a background check for an offer I just accepted. I sent my initial enlistment paperwork showing my “start date” in the reserves and a second document with my discharge details. Yet they’re now asking for a “verification pin” from the US Army Reserves for proof of employment/service. Wtf is this verification PIN? Do they also want a notarized message from my recruiter? Figured honorable discharge document, DD214 and my initial enlistment paperwork would’ve sufficed
