It would also be helpful to provide insight on travel policy - first class in which flights, always 5-star hotels? Etc.

You won’t have access to your official msft environment? I would sign up for a free trial if you can. Also, I’m sure senior folks would be happy to carve out a piece of theirs if you need it. Don’t be shy to ask around. I would be pretty impressed if someone asked me for one so they could prepare.
Are you able to share what the over all deliverable is (without any client specific detail of course). I’m sure the folks here can give an overview of what you could/should expect. If not, you should reach out to the folks on your team or mentor. They’ll be happy to help you.

Yep, i would totally pester my teammates lol. I would love it if someone were asking me for stuff so they can show up prepared. Just be very organized with how you communicate with them though. Make sure you’re not repeating something in readily available docs (or at least show them you know a lot of it). Also, consolidate all of your questions so if you have an opportunity to meet with them you can get them answered in a single discussion. Be sure you can say things like, “i read through all of the documents here, i had a question about x. Sorry if i missed it”
Just make it as easy as possible for them to help you. You seem like you have a good head on your shoulders, you should be fine.
