As a tech consultant given a strict time frame, is it better to master one cloud architecture or learn enough to navigate through several?

At what point is it too late to switch to a career in programming? I studied supply chain management in college, but more and more I find myself wishing I had done computer science. I have been working as a business analyst for almost a year now and am curious if that is a realistic career jump. I have no programming experience, but it just seems way more glamorous than supply chain consulting. Curious what your guys thoughts are/if anyone has made a similar jump.

Hi all, I'm currently working as a Pre Sales Engineer in a Tech Company and I got a job offer from BCG as a Senior Associate in the Technology Advantage Practice. Do you think that this could be an opportunity to improve my skills or is better to stay in the Tech Sector?
