Any advice for anyone transitioning from a Data/Business Analyst role to a Customer Success Ops Analyst role? Much appreciated!

What's the difference? Serious question, because Customer Success Ops Analytics roles sound like some companies would just relabel them as business/data analyst roles.

Yup, pretty much

Seems like it's going to be more forecasting and okr framework building than traditional BI work at least for this role

Ok, I mean... You are in the same job family, and you are switching companies/departments.

Just try to understand the root skills they need and work towards those.

I know convention is not to be the first to throw out a number when negotiating salary, but isn’t it advantageous to state the number you’re willing to move for (provided you’ve done your research for the role)? Otherwise the hiring firm can open with a low figure, then anything you counter beyond that makes you look unreasonable. Whereas if you put a number out first, the onus is on them to meet it.

Got an offer from Capgemini Invent in their Growth Strategy team. They are offering more money (13% more) compared to current employer and the work seems up my alley on paper.

Anyone had experiences at Cap Invent? Do they actually win Strategy work or am I going to end up doing BA roles on their bread and butter tech projects. What are their clients like in globally and Australia (my location)?

Lane... how we feeling about ARK right now? Seems like all the smaller coins taking action from BTC and ETH and all are in a bit of a holding pattern. Makes the ratios pretty stagnant. ARK sitting at $3.03 and flat against BTC ratio it seems if not a bit down. If market moves updates, ark has seen head room to hit $4 on journey upwards. Seems easier path to that price growth than ETH or BTC. Any thoughts either way on why it won't run with them when the time comes? I am sitting at even money on OMG and have more than I care to have sitting on it right now so looking to diversify that stack a bit again.
