1- Avoid sending things out after having worked on it for hours. Try to come back to it with fresh eyes to review. Not always feasible on tight deadlines but, whenever possible. Even if it means getting up early to review something before sending it out. 2- Get another associate to proof read / sanity check your stuff. 3- Organize days based on when you’re most fresh. So leave high attention to detail work for first thing, and catch up work/ emails etc, for evenings.
It's something I've tried to cultivate in myself too. Honestly, the only real way I've found it helps is time and not pressuring myself. If I scan and try to move stuff through quickly, deffo errors. If I give myself some breathing room, it gets better.
I try to take my time on eerything I am working on and never rush through things.
