Any advice for going through fertility treatments, especially out of state, when you already have a child, and with a FT job? I feel overwhelmed thinking about starting this process again. Oh, and I work in office 5 days a week. Obviously never been through it with a child. And now my doctor is out of state. Help. HSG and ultrasound tomorrow…then next steps.

No advice, you just get through it like anything else! My ivf clinic was a 2 hour drive from where I live. Blew so much PTO for appts. My husband was able to come to most of the appts though and the alone time together was nice. Once the IVF appts were done it felt weird not going on so many trips all the time!

Thank you. This helps. 💗
I guess it’s especially hard bc my hubby couldn’t come to any appointment for our first (pandemic). It was such a lonely experience and I don’t know how much the rules have changed. :/

Hi! Trying to sell a client on casting someone with a disability (that in no way affects or changes the story) in a film. Their concern is it will 'add an unnecessary layer'. Does anyone have links to a good presentation/data set to prove the benefit of normalising the inclusion of disability? Want to convince them with data. TIA!!!

-Many other people who catch it won't even know they have it.

-It's not commonly transmitted by touching objects and person to person transmittal is low risk except in close contact.

The media will then message that we should;

HCG vs. Lupron trigger - based on your experience, have you found a difference in egg quality? I did a cycle with dual and one with just Lupron. Recovery was much easier on just Lupron but egg quality was poor (vacuoles, grainy, thicker membranes etc). For the next cycle, doc is suggesting going back to dual trigger. I have been on the antagonist protocol. Wondering if we should try a different protocol vs. switching the trigger. Thoughts?

RE mentioned I can start embryo transfer this week & did not need to wait for my next cycle. My periods are not always regular, so I like the idea of not waiting for them to start but also nervous if this could impact the embryo transfer as it would not follow the same timeline as that of the mock cycle.
