Hi all, Finally COVID-19 caught up with me. Not health-wise but career wise. I was laid off and am looking for a job. Ple I was working as an Associate Consultant with ZoomRx in the Business Analysis team. I was handling multiple high velocity end-to-end projects. I have a total experience of around 4 years of which close to 2.5 years are in the consulting space. I intend to continue my career in the same line i.e as a consultant. I have gained some weight during the past months. On a one-on-one with a partner, I got a “friendly advice” to get back in shape since looks matters to clients.

How do you guys actually deal with the stress from our jobs? And please don't give me the "I work out" or I "Go for runs" tropes..that stuff does not help with the day to day stress of our industry. How do you guys deal with it on a daily basis?

If you make 180k but could not save anything, can you blame your low income? Meaning if people make less than 180k, can they actually save money? Single here.
