Any advice for somebody at the start of their career (2021 graduate) looking to move away from M&A Integrations work into roles where the work is based around "problem -> hypothesis -> analysis -> conclusion" rather than just putting together the puzzle pieces of a deal in the later stages? Would really appreciate advice on what my options might be in or out of consulting, just not loving how things have been going recently.

Thank you for the suggestion, Data Analytics definitely sounds interesting, but with my experiences and academic background I'm not sure how to even go about pursuing it other than maybe enrolling in a bootcamp or another learning program?

What do you want to move into

Someone mentionned data analytics. It might be of your interest. You don't need to be as worried about your skillsif you have experience and are willing to start from the bottom. Feel free to send me a DM. I work in M&A Data Analytics

What’s not going right with your current work?

BTW, based off of what I know now OW is the firm that I'm the most interested in learning more about/hopefully joining if I were to stay in consulting, so if you're open to chatting about your work there I'd really really appreciate it

General tech strategy?

Feel free to DM if you want to chat more.

I’m looking to expand my font collection, but I don’t have an exorbitant budget. I saw a post here where people said they had collections of 1000+ fonts—someone had 14k, lol. Where do you guys look for fonts? I have Adobe fonts and use Google fonts and Future fonts, but are there other resources for reasonably priced fonts that don’t break the bank? How much do you tend to spend?

Also, any tips for the best way to split the time? Here’s what I’m thinking so far:

Hey guys,
I’m working at Management Solutions in my Rome since I have the desire to work abroad I sent my CV around the Europe.
Deloitte called me from Barcelona to schedule an interview with the HR.
The position is in the accounting sector of Deloitte DBS. They told me that the base salary (I’m an entry level) is 18k per year. In Rome I’m actually earning 28k+1k bonus.
Anyone knows why there’s such a great gap in salary? Tomorrow I’ll have the interview so any comments could be helpful. Thx

I got a full time offer from the company I interned at this summer. However, I have been applying and interviewing at various consulting firms so far. Some of them I won’t hear back until September/October. Is it wrong to accept the offer and then reject it if I get a better offer? I don’t wanna burn a bridge with this company since I really enjoyed my experience there but I have to be smart with my decision since I graduate in December and need an earlier work start date.

I need help!!! Got an offer for Citi Private Bank at 110k for an Associate Banker (A1) position. Considering all the bulge brackets just announced 100k base for 1st year Analysts and that every year you go up 5k, that makes me feel like they are trying to lowball. I stupidly gave a salary range during the interview of 110-140k, cuz I was guessing, but I know JPM pays 130k base for the same role. How do I get myself to 130? First time negotiating, any advice appreciated!!!
