If CTC is ₹25LPA, how much is take home per month?

Hi! My I-140 petition was submitted without the immigration team ever sharing with me to review. I now ask for a copy for my own record and was told they cannot share due to company information included. Is this normal or shady? If shady how do I push back and ask for a copy??? I have no trust to the immigration tram and am afraid they are hiding something from me 😩😩😩

Hi Folks, I'm looking for supply chain consulting role in UK. Preferably in digital transformation.

I'll need a visa sponsorship

I'm a military veteran and a recent graduate. I will be relocating from Atlanta and starting my new position in August. I am looking for a studio or one bedroom in Brickell or Downtown (possibly Little Havana or immediate surrounding areas as well), since I will be working Downtown. If anyone knows of any places leasing for $2,300 or less please let me know. It's been tough for me to find anything - I am not considering roomates.

TC 105k: $80k base and $25k from other sources.

I would like to share a new approach that I have been following recently that I am so happy about!

I am currently in an okay financial situation where I can alhamdoleAllah afford my expenses, but don’t have extra to give sadaqa (money for poor). So I started giving by helping people everyday, my goal is at least one person a day.
The help could be some time to mentor, help with CV, drive to stores.. etc

I thought I would share so if someone is looking for ways can benefit from this.

looking into rolling old 401k into a Roth IRA. I just graduated from MBA and therefore have only worked a few months in 2022. Hello! I'm starting an MBB consulting job this spring and I want to make sure that I spend & save responsibly.

Here are some questions I have:

What's a reasonable percentage of monthly net income to spend on rent in a HCOL city? Right now it looks it will be 37% but that seems high.
After clearing debt, 6 mo emergency fund, maxing 401k contributions, what's next? Mega backdoor Roth IRAs seem a little overwhelming, maybe something like a HYSA or just a trading account?

Appreciate your help!

Is Syncing Mint with checking and saving account safe option for wealth and budget management?

Best place to put money after an HYSA? Ideally saving for a house in 7ish years. Currently contribute to 401k, maxed my Roth IRA. Looking at Sofi bank CD’s at 4.65% yield (6 month). Is brokerage invested in ETFs/Mutual Funds next step? TIA

Vanguard Digital Advisor ( 4 ETFs, 0.15% fee) vs HSBC Financial Advisor (15-20 funds, 1.5% fee) which one to go for nest egg growth 100k starting

Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. Get equity refreshes every year. Would it be smarter to cash out $15k-$20k of that to pay debt vs. a HELOC at ~5% given that will still require mthly payments

Say I want to do a major renovation on my house. Are there banks that would offer a loan (HEL or mortgage, don't care which) over 95% of the current appraised value of the house?

If we did it, we'd be adding a bedroom, bathroom, and garage, and we would be increasing square footage by about 75%. House currently worth around $400k with $260k left on the mortgage; future comps are worth about $650k. Best guess is it is a $200k renovation.

M24 TC 80k
No debt
Net worth 130k
~55k mixed between Roth 401k and Roth IRA
~47k personal trading account
~25k in crypto
~1k emergency fund
~3k cash

How am I doing and what can I be doing better? Any recommendations are very much appreciated.

Good resources to learn about which investment account types I should be using?
