I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

So, you don’t need to start on big broadcast projects. Sneak in the back door. Try for something smaller that’ll be on streaming…or even the dreaded :06 videos seasoned vets don’t want to do. Even just helping a senior team write the short versions of long spots might get your foot in that door.
Doing a decent job on just one will help open the doors to larger broadcast opportunities down the road. It’s a slow game (unless your agency does a ton of broadcast), so patience is also helpful.
Do you want to work at a broadcast company or do broadcast work at an agency? Broadcasting networks always have openings, if they don't fill them they lose the money for their department. If you want to get in there you just have to find a spot to hop in and work your way around from there.

Ask your CDs and resource managers to be put on tv briefs.
Apply at agencies that produce lots of tv. Have a plan to talk about how your non tv portfolio could've been translated to tv.
