Hey guys, I have an interview for Duff & Phelps for valuation analyst coming from KPMG advisory. How difficult are their interviews? I’m hearing a mixed variety of responses.
I’ve been interviewed with @oyo around 15 days back.. but I’ve haven’t got any feedback from them.
Is this how they rejected? Like an small company..
Hi, I’m interviewing for a Product strategy role at Google. Can anyone recommend any resources / training material that could help me prepare. Any thoughts on Product Alliance?
I have a technical interview with Deloitte this week. What should I expect?
The first round was supposed to be technical but they only asked general technology experience questions.
I have applied for more than 15 roles in IBM in last 6 months but not even one interview. It says no longer under consideration.
I applied for same skill I'm working that is service management
I have 4 years of experience my current CTC is 12 lpa fixed
I have offer from Accenture with 12 lpa fixed and 21% variable
7months ago I have joined current organization looking for good work in project more of SAP learning
Don't know to switch with 0% hike as my fixed CTC is same in both offers and there is no confirmation on email of project for which I am interviewed
Any suggestions ?
Had an interview Thursday, went really well. Was told I'd be a great fit, they even had me turn around return, and meet with the decision maker the same day. When I was leaving they said they were sending an email with "quizzes" required by corporate.
I sent my thank you message the next day, and the reply said "keep an eye out for the quizzes, so we may move on to the next stage."
It's Tuesday and still nothing. What should I do? Another follow-up email? A call? Or just wait it out?
Hey fishbowl-ers! I have my loop/virtual onsite with Amazon coming up and I'm having so much anxiety thinking about having to come to the interviews with 20 LP stories memorized and ready to use...
Have any of you been in the loop either as a candidate or an interviewer and they have glanced at notes before answering each question? Is it looked down upon if I glanced at notes?
Ihave interview with nagarro for business analyst profile, after clearing mettl aptitude iq test, second round is a case study. Do you have any idea for that case study round? Need help on that.

Does anyone else’s brain just stop functioning during case interviews? It’s like I forget all common sense and knowledge. What do you guys do to get over this?
I had gone through the iqvia interview for web development analyst. After 2 rounds of interviews, I was asked to submit documents related to education and previous employment. HR said that they will call in a couple of days for HR discussion after the documents are submitted. It has been more than a week now. Is it usual for them to take this long?
Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.
I want to cry.
Got told by manager that they do not give pay raise as €40k is the maxed cap for this role (I work in higher ed recruitment and I overhit my target too).
A connection of mine went for an interview last week. Same department, same role and was offered €45k.
I’m in the middle of applying for other jobs but it still hurts! 😢 What would you do if you were me?
Hi everyone kinda new to this bowl, in final rounds with McKinsey for the Associate role and would love to know more about culture and work module and any tips for the interview thanks 😊
Interviewing for a role at Google Cloud and the recruiter shared that it’s an “M1” level. I’m only familiar with L levels at Google. Does anyone have any insight to TC?
AmLaw200 I interviewed with will likely go with a “more experienced candidate”. I’ve got 8 years and its a staff attorney role so whatever. Partner I met with was rushed from the start like he had already made up his mind. Pissed because they knew from the recruiter that I was a “diverse” candidate and they sent me the Mansfield self-identification survey days before they actually requested an interview.

After that a month later I got another call from that same company for a different role and I cleared all the rounds and now there is form to fill up where I need to mention if I was interviewed within last 6 months? What should I do now ? I am worried will they reject me if I mentioned Yes besides afraid to get caught if I say No I was not interviewed. Please su
I'm an Indian holding bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from India and master of international marketing degree from a United States. Overall, I have 7+ years of work experience in sales and marketing. IELTS 6.5 now I wish to migrate into Canada with the PR. Since lot of candidates are in the pool, sadly it would take me nearly 12 to 18 months to get my Canadian PR. Can some one give me leads of job opening which is available back there in Canada to start my career.
Who am I bumping into today at ORD?
First picture I’ve been able to take of all 3! the 2 kittens on the left have been with me for 4 months. The calico has been very annoyed that anyone should enter her home, and always requires a 40 foot personal space bubble. If any cat dares enter, she hisses, swats and runs away. We might finally have a breakthrough!
We’ve recently hired a new CCO at our agency. Nice guy, but far more hands on than our last CCO, especially on the front end of the creative process, which feels like it has marginalized my role. Cont
Do I have to stick with the salary range that I told my recruiter once I get an offer? Do you think there is room for negotiation after the fact?
At what point will you have “enough” (salary, NW, retirement assets, whatever metric)? Wondering how others think of the tension between the desire to accumulate more and more (not disparaging as greed, this can be related to virtuous motives too) versus reaching a point of satisfaction/contentment.

Met this awesome guy and before we went on a date he would text fairly regularly, at least multiple times per day. We had an awesome date and ended up spending the whole night just cuddling and being cute and shit. But since that date he’s been a little distant. Maybe messages me once a day, not really starting conversation. I could tell that during the date he was shy and inexperienced because of the way he kissed etc. but like am I overthinking? After cuddling all night, I don’t cont...
I wish someone told me how important my career coach is. I figured it out after about 8 months. What do you wish you knew when you first joined?
I recently got hired by a competitor, and realised I’m the only person in the team that has prior experience in the industry (everyone else has only worked at this company for multiple years). My new boss does not like my old boss. I’m now being invited to a meeting where I need to list all the tools and approaches I used at my old job and I feel uncomfortable. I didn’t sign an NDA, but this feels shady to me. Am I overthinking it?

I am currently in state tax and am up for a promotion to senior next spring. As I have done a few interviews to test the water I have left feeling like my state experience isn’t highly valued outside of public accounting. I currently have an opportunity to stop working with our state team and transition to international/transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, or our indirect tax teams. Which of these is most valuable in industry?
