Hello fishes, Need your suggestions. I have offers from Nagarro and Globallogic - both have similar offer amount (Nagarro has 5% variable and GL has 10% variable). GL is giving Noida as location Nagarro is PWFH. Yoe: 14,Project management stream.
I need to know both in terms of work culture, WLB, job security etc.

I am going to have the final HR round with 6sense for Adoption Consultant role. I have 3.5 years of experience in Salesforce and Leadsquared as a senior business analyst. Before the interview, I told the HR that my current package is 16 and my expectation is anything above this.

Frame the conversation in the value to the team/project/yourself/whatever else and make it a collaborative conversation rather than jumping to "can I go 60%"?
Example convo framework:
I'm looking at our goals for the next year. I've contributed X (positive). I'm recognizing Y (negative, burned out). I know Z is important and I want to do my best to contribute to that. I've thought about A,B,C, and so far I think B is the best for Z and the team long term. What do you think? Do you have any other suggestions?

But also, Google does value flexibility (in my experience). I wouldn't underestimate your manager's ability to help you realize a good arrangement that maybe you hadn't thought of, help you squeeze out extra time off, etc
