This is my first time working with a client using the COSO framework. Before elevating my inquiry to my seniors, I would like to confirm my understanding of how this exercise works.
Prior working papers are telling me that client should establish its compliance with the five components of the framework, correct? How rigid should I be in performing this?
To be fair, I was provided with a reading material but it’s a pretty hefty read.
Thanks for any responses!

[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Focus on the “soft” side of the job, and try to learn as you go. In my opinion, the best consultants concentrate 20% of their attention on technical acumen and 80% on building soft skills that enable us to deliver quality work. If you’re able to drive solutions while learning the “necessary” level of expertise, you’ll do just fine.
Don’t pretend to know more than you do to your team. Ask questions. Check in with your SMEs frequently- especially if you’re in a more functional/client facing role.
