Anyone else feel a little uneasy that the industry press is praising a CMO who fired the agency who resurrected KFC, ran one of the most brutal pitch processes in years and has immediately made the work much worse?

Most countries need agencies to prove the foreigner is better than a citizen they could hire.
If you can't prove you're better, your chances of getting a visa go way down.
Also, if you're under 30, look into visas for younger people. Some countries are more receptive to letting younger people in vs older people.
Mullen have offices in both, try to get an internal transfer
Agree with this. I moved UK to USA and internal transfer was by far the easiest way.
Under 30? Try Australia. Easy visa.
What's your role? Our agency has a few international specialists on staff, helping with our strategic approach to foreign countries. We have one that specializes in Latin America. Something like that might be worth looking into, if it aligns with your skillset.
That would be great! Thank you, I'm an art director!
Hey OP saw you’re from Colombia, if you’re looking to move to US or UK, like ACD 2 said, you basically need to find a job opening and prove you’re a better hire than the company could find in their own country.
Meaning you’ve done award winning work, have unique work or personal history that gives you an edge or have some sort of unique positioning. I tried very hard to find a job in the UK coming from NYC and this is what was told to me a number of times.
Second I would def recommend finding an agency with both a Colombia and US/UK based office and starting there then transferring. There are SO many in Bogota and Medellin! Personally I’m at huge and our Bogota office is incredible, I love the folks down there.
Best of luck. Also if you don’t come to the US soon I wouldn’t worry too much about it...we’re a bit of a mess at the moment. UK may be better. 🥴
Which country?
I've been trying to USA or England, but I don't mind the country just the agency.
Where are you now OP? What country?
Sure!!
