There is a program called ATLAS in Amazon India where L2, L3 associates from non tech and other departments can become a software development engineer through an entrance test followed by 10 month training. Is it still open. Or is there any similar program through which I can become a SDE from L2 associate ?

Hello,
This is my first post on this network, although I have been reading you guys silently for months!
I was wondering if anyone could share their experience about the L.E.K. office in Poland (Wroclaw).
I'm especially interested in the Life Sciences Specialist (LSS) position. I love the idea of living in Poland, but there is an offer for the same LSS position in the London office and wonder if this is a better option.
Thank you in advance for your time!

Answer ‚yes’ when the client asks ‚don’t you want to jump ship and work for us permanently?‘
This is more or less it. Do good work and they’ll typically offer you something. I got an offer for nearly double my salary 6 months into being hired. Didn’t take it for personal reasons.
Your experience is likely most valuable in market analytics and market access groups in pharma. Overall I would look to adjacencies where your provider experience is valued.
Given the trends in US market, HEOR and market access are closer than ever.
I worked in market access and frequently helped clients partner with HEOR teams to develop value messaging
I'm curious how this works, at my last role I worked with consultants on due diligence projects and we typically had mutual non-solicitation in the contract. Is that uncommon, or if it's standard, do people just ultimately exit to a client where they've developed a good enough working relationship that the conversations can happen?

I think those terms are loose. The firm is losing an asset but gaining a potential revenue source. Kind of win win for both parties.
If you do provider or payer consulting, look into market access roles in pharma
I love my job right now but I don't think this lifestyle is sustainable for me in the future. I think work life balance takes a big hit especially with more senior roles (as I have observed with senior members I have worked with). I have observed that work life balance is better in the pharma/biotech and health tech industry. I want to invest my time and energy in an industry/company where I see myself in the future. This consulting job is my first job out of school, so I want to also explore these other industries to see which is the best fit for me.
+1
I left to industry over the summer. Found biotech that I heard of, had decent pipeline, and position for which my experience was good fit. Applied, interviewed, received offer, and accepted.
Thank you so much ! This is very helpful!!
