Any advice on material needed for the LCSW? I’ve been sitting on my LMSW for 8 years and am ready to switch to PP. I have been within agencies since graduating, but never “needed” to take it. I’ve taken it and failed once already. Any guidance would be appreciated!

CPTD but no degree (long story, about 15 cr shy). Would you suggest addl cert (CCMP, SHRM-C)? Will the lack of degree a no-go or is there a way in while I finish? A Sr director role is being dangled. Would the title bump help with the transition or do I risk missing a hot market?

Supervisor said I couldn’t have week off for vacation this summer bc another coworker of higher seniority asked off the same week and two people can’t go on vacation at the same time because of staffing. MSK has research coordinator roles, however when I initially applied after graduating, I didn’t get any interviews. I have minimal experience with research from undergrad.
