Feeling a bit frustrated. I started a new gig this past summer (agency-based), and I’ve been passed around 4 times. I’m transitioning on to yet another client next week.

Trying to be a “team player” but I can’t feel like I’ve been dealt a “bait and switch” situation. Just feels like I don’t have a home, and I’m continuously moving/finishing someone else’s work.

I started this gig because it was a leadership opportunity for two clients with a direct report… all of which I no longer have.

What are your thoughts on ranges on deliverables within an estimate? As an example: 1-2 concepts or 3-4 revisions. If this is something you do, how do you handle client feedback to be more definitive?

For anyone going temp-to-perm or anyone who already has, did you negotiate anything into your temp contract about revisiting the option for perm? ie, say, in 6 months, discuss perm options? Thanks!!
