TCS has it's challenges as any big firm but can also be a great spot. The consulting arm is a pure management consulting shop. Good experience s people. Meet the team and switch if you are comfortable. I switched from EY to TCS myself and am very happy. Happy to answer more questions if there are specifics on this thread.

Contemplating a move to TCS..meet the people, talk to colleagues and who you will work for, ask about the type of work you’ll be doing ..than decide if it is a fit for you. FYI...The people leading practice I am looking at are former Big 4, ACN and IBM

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
